We are a German staffing agency in temporary work. This is the path from the first contact to your first working day.
Step 1: Questionnaire – about 1 minute
You fill in the short questionnaire on the website. It has a few simple questions: which document allows you to work in Germany (EU passport or ID card, Ukrainian passport or residence permit), where you live now, which job you want and whether you need accommodation. This takes about one minute.
Step 2: We contact you
We usually contact you within about 24 hours on working days – by phone or messenger, whichever you prefer. In the conversation, we talk about your experience, language skills and wishes, and we answer your questions.
How to prepare
So that the conversation goes quickly, please have the following ready:
- your EU passport or ID card, your Ukrainian passport with a residence permit under § 24 or a provisional certificate (Fiktionsbescheinigung), or your residence permit (Aufenthaltstitel) – we check the type and validity of the document;
- details of your work experience: where, in which job and for how long you worked;
- your forklift licence, if you have one;
- an approximate date from which you can start.
If you want to move with your partner or family, tell us right away – then it is easier for us to find a suitable solution.
Step 3: Short interview and job offer
Next comes a short job interview. If everything fits, you receive a job offer with the job, the work location and the start date. Pay starts at €15.33 per hour gross.
You receive your employment contract before you start work. Read it carefully and ask us if anything is unclear.
Step 4: Moving, accommodation and registration
If you are not in Germany yet, we support you with moving. If you wish, accommodation near your workplace can be provided. After you arrive, you need to register your address (Anmeldung) – we help with this too. You can find all steps under Moving and registration.
Step 5: First working day
On your first day, you are welcomed and trained (onboarding). You get to know your workplace and colleagues and receive the required safety briefing. If special work clothes or safety shoes are needed, we tell you in advance.
What does temporary work mean?
Temporary work (legally: Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) means:
- your employment contract is with us as a staffing agency;
- you work at our client companies – in logistics, warehousing and production in the region;
- you receive your pay from us, and we remain your contact.
Temporary work is legal in Germany and regulated by law. You have the same legal rights as all employees:
- social insurance: health, pension, unemployment and long-term care insurance;
- paid holidays;
- continued pay when you are sick.
For many people, temporary work is a good way to start quickly in Germany and gain experience in German companies.
Who we are looking for
We are currently looking for forklift drivers, warehouse workers and production helpers. Anyone aged 18 or over who is allowed to work in Germany can apply: EU citizens, Ukrainians with temporary protection and people with a residence permit that allows work. German is a plus, but we also consider applications without German. You can find all jobs in the overview.
