Many Russian-speaking people have lived in Germany for a long time – ethnic German resettlers (Spätaussiedler) and their families, but also citizens of other EU countries such as Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Romania or Bulgaria – and since 2022 many people from Ukraine. If you are looking for a permanent job in a warehouse or in production, you have an advantage: many formalities are already done.

Who can apply

We hire everyone who is allowed to work in Germany:

  • German citizens, including ethnic German resettlers (Spätaussiedler) and their family members with a German passport
  • citizens of other EU countries who live in Germany
  • Ukrainians with a residence permit under § 24 AufenthG or with a Fiktionsbescheinigung that permits employment – more at Applicants from Ukraine
  • people with a residence permit that allows them to work

Unfortunately, we cannot hire you without the right to work in Germany. More: Who can work in Germany?

Why work with us

  • Pay from €15.33 per hour gross
  • Employment contract with us as a German staffing agency (temporary work), working at client companies in logistics, warehouses and production
  • Social insurance: health, pension, unemployment and long-term care insurance
  • Paid holidays and sick pay
  • Contact person who speaks Russian, if you wish

We are looking for forklift drivers, warehouse workers and production helpers in Göttingen, Hanover (Lower Saxony) and Paderborn (North Rhine-Westphalia) – see the job overview.

Quick start

If you already live in Germany, you usually already have your address registration, tax ID, bank account, health insurance and social security number. That is why there is usually less time between your application and your first day at work.

Which jobs we offer

  • Forklift driver: moving goods with a forklift, loading and unloading. A forklift licence is a big advantage.
  • Warehouse worker: receiving goods, picking orders, packing and checking.
  • Production helper: simple tasks on the production line, sorting, packing.

We discuss the work location together with you.

German language skills

German is a plus – at work and in everyday life. But we also consider applications from people who do not speak German yet. If you wish, we can speak Russian with you.

How it works

  1. You fill in the application form.
  2. We contact you by phone or messenger.
  3. We discuss the work location and conditions and sign the employment contract.
  4. If needed, we help with moving. Accommodation can be provided on request.

Moving within Germany

After moving, you register your new address at the citizens’ office (Bürgeramt) within two weeks – with your passport or ID card (and residence permit, if applicable) and the landlord confirmation (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung). Your tax ID stays the same. You can travel by train, bus or your own car. More at Moving and registration.

Documents to have ready

  • valid passport or ID card (Germany or another EU country) or a passport with a residence permit that allows work (for Ukrainians: residence permit under § 24 or Fiktionsbescheinigung)
  • tax ID (Steuer-ID) and social security number, if you have them
  • details of your health insurance and bank account
  • driving licence and forklift licence, if you have them
  • birth certificate (optional)
