How much will I earn?
Pay starts at €15.33 per hour gross, for forklift drivers at €16.08 per hour gross. The exact conditions depend on the job and the work location and are stated in the job offer.
Who do I sign the employment contract with?
With us, as a German staffing agency. You receive the contract before you start work and you work at client companies in logistics, warehousing and production.
What is temporary work?
Temporary work (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) is a form of employment regulated by law: your contract is with the staffing agency, and you work at its clients. You have all legal rights, such as social insurance, paid holidays and continued pay when you are sick.
Do I have to pay anything for the placement?
No. Our service is free for applicants.
Do I have to speak German?
German is a big plus. But we also consider applications without German – so please fill in the questionnaire in any case.
From what age can I apply?
From 18. You must be at least 18 years old when you fill in the questionnaire.
Who can work with you?
Anyone who is allowed to work in Germany: EU citizens with a passport or ID card, Ukrainians with temporary protection and people with a residence permit that allows work.
I am from Ukraine. Can I work with you?
Yes. With a residence permit under § 24 AufenthG or a provisional certificate (Fiktionsbescheinigung) that allows employment, you are allowed to work in Germany. We help with registration and with moving within Germany.
I have a "grey passport" from Latvia or Estonia. Can I work?
The non-citizen passport of Latvia or Estonia is not an EU passport and does not give an automatic right to work in Germany. Without a German residence permit (Aufenthaltstitel) that allows work, we unfortunately cannot employ you.
I have a biometric passport from Moldova. Is that enough?
No. With the biometric passport from Moldova, you can travel to the EU without a visa for 90 days within 180 days, but you cannot work. With a Romanian passport, you can work in Germany as an EU citizen.
Do you provide accommodation?
If you wish, accommodation near your workplace can be provided. Usually this is furnished shared accommodation with other colleagues; often two people share a room. You can also look for a flat yourself.
Do you help with registration?
Yes. We help you register your address (Anmeldung) and explain how to get an appointment at the citizens' office (Bürgeramt) and which documents you need. You must register within two weeks after moving in.
Can I come with my family or as a couple?
Please say so in the questionnaire. We take it into account for the job and the accommodation and discuss the options in the interview.
Do I need a forklift licence?
For forklift drivers, a forklift licence is a big advantage. For warehouse and production jobs, you do not need one.
How soon can I start?
That depends on the job, the city and your situation. We usually contact you within about 24 hours on working days; if you are already in Germany, you can usually start sooner.
Where are the jobs?
In Göttingen and Hanover (Lower Saxony) and in Paderborn (North Rhine-Westphalia).
What happens to my data from the questionnaire?
The data is stored encrypted on a server in Germany; only authorised staff have access. It is deleted automatically after 180 days if no employment begins and you have not agreed to longer storage.
I have an EU passport, my wife does not. Can she come with me and work?
Yes. The spouse and children under 21 of an EU citizen who works in Germany can live and work here, without a German test. Citizens of the Republic of Moldova with a biometric passport and citizens of Ukraine enter without a visa; for others, the visa is free of charge. Details in the guide article "Family reunification".
My spouse is German. Do the same rules apply?
No. To join a German family member, you need a national visa from the embassy and usually German at level A1. The simplified rules apply to families of citizens of other EU countries.
